How Atiku Abubakar can Defeat Bola Tinubu in 2027 Presidential Election

At this point, the strategy is no longer about nationwide spread or the FCT’s 25% threshold. The Supreme Court already settled that in Tinubu’s favour, despite him not getting 25% in the FCT in 2023. The real game now is simply who can gather the highest number of votes, even if concentrated in a few regions.

Spread is still important over highest votes without spread. At least 50% of Northern votes would go for Atiku. The south may end up the battle ground.

Atiku is not doing zilch. He will never defeat Tinubu. The only major ethnic group the North fear is the Yorubas because when we are fed up, and commit to leaving the fake 'one Nigeria' garbage, no one will stop us.

Nigeria will split very quickly if that is what Yoruba leaders and people want. We know our worth to Nigeria.

The North central is a complex and slippery zone. There is no bloc vote. Entities within the geopolitical zone choose their path. The north central is home to Nigerians from the other five zones. Thirty percent of the people living in NC are not natives of the area so their solidarity is with their kins.

Indeed. Majority of Northern leaders, authoritative and in power, are even behind PBAT. A lot of Northern leaders are honorable gentlemen.

The likes of Atiku, Malami, El Rufai,Tambuwal and the two Mauritian brothers etal don't speak for the region nor do they define the aspirations of the North that desperately needs Nigeria to be united more than any other region.

As president, has performed abysmally, woefully and spectacularly poor. No mass appeal, currently the most unpopular among the major presidential contenders.

The only things keeping him afloat are incumbency power, access to the national treasury, looted funds, and endless borrowed funds.
