I found that the reason I often experience no internet when I return and insert the ODU sim inside the X25Pro is because I normally left the router on when I take out the sim card. Now I remove the power cable too. In the last couple of days, the router wastes no time to connect and browse immediately I insert the sim in it, unlike before.

Have you tried switching to 3G to see if it browses for a while and then switch back to 5G NSA?

yes I've switched to 3g and then back to 4g. Nothing.

Normally it browses on 3G even at extreme network problems. Sometimes only 3G works. If 3G refused to work, you might need to bombard the CC with calls and SM messages.

I just did a sim swap of my odu, I hope it works on this router.

just put it in my ODU and same thing it’s back on my X25pro. I think it’s Airtel generally in my location.

I have been having issues with their network here too, I have changed band tire I think Airtel network has been bad generally lately

It works but signal strength is not like that of the odu.

I took the router there today and they said I can get only the router for 20k that the outdoor unit is where the esim is so I can get a new router and I would still be using the same number .

I also saw a video where the mtn odu doesn't come with a ups
You don't get the unlimited data immediately you register like airtel.
You get it after 24hrs or more after installation.
They are using the zlt x17 odu

I will stick with Airtel ODU for now. It's good we're having varieties to choose from. Competitors should up their games as we'd stick to the best.

Once I insert Sim, it will start misbehaving - service will be coming and going, no internet. If they'll extend it I'll be glad, but I doubt sha. Just waiting for mtn to figure their shit out.

With that X17M, they may have some issues. Also their network fluctuates sometimes too. But we'd welcome variety of options. They should bring it on.
