While they may be right, the case will definitely be thrown out and they will be treated as meddlesome interlopers. With no locus standing.

Any of the other aggrieved candidates like Fubara or Tonye Cole would have been in the best position to take up this case and win easily.

There are no records indicating that he resigned from his party, PDP,before defecting; therefore, his nomination as a candidate could be legally challenged. I also believe the matter may have the backing of some influential political figures.

However, if he is eventually disqualified either before or after the election it could mean that the candidate who came second during the primaries may step in. Unfortunately, all of the other aspirants did not participate in the primaries, which could further complicate the situation.

Political parties have till 30th May for substitution of candidates otherwise, APC Rivers will not have a candidates.

By the SC ruling on PDP leadership and its national conventions both in Ibadan and Abuja, there's no division in PDP so the supposed defection of Chinda is illegal.

since the amended electoral act recognizes consensus, then another candidate name will be submitted if the deadline of submission as not end. he will appeal and win. Wike don't trust any other person than him right now and so he will do everything possible for him to win. most of the judges are corrupt and the odilii family made it so easy for Wike to exploit the judiciary. I don't blame Wike for now insulting peter odilii and wife cos they deserves everything been throw to them. Jonathan and them fought Ameachi and reduce him as governor to be onlooker in PDP and have no choice to join opposition led by Tinubu and buhari majorly to form APC. I like how the evil rain is beating all of them. Ameachi remains the best governor of rivers since 1999. he worked in all sector unlike Wike who just focus on roads and flyover. Ameachi totally built more than 200 schools and over 100 hospitals in various villages. he didn't focus only on portharcourt. he started the monorail but Wike didn't continue because of hatred. he also constructed roads and even bridges. he didn't wasted money on media like Wike to do show up. obidients who are mostly igbos who supported his mad behaviour then are also getting beaten by the evil rain.

Wikes people are council chairmen in all LGAs and some of them are first timers who would like to return in 2028, you think they will fold their hands and watch other people win in their respective LGAs? Coupled with the fact that ikwerre areas account for 50% of the total number of registered voters in the state. How would the so called Fubara juniors win in those ikwerre villages? I'm getting tired of talking politics with people on the Internet since it's becoming clear that a lot of you know nothing about politics.

Directive of the president is not law. Adelabu who contested in Oyo state also resigned after 30th of March.
