National Dickson Congress aka NDC were not able to sell 80% of their forms for all elective slots in the next general elections.

The party had postponed their deadline for purchase and submission of nomination forms on two occasions and after failing to get most of their slots filled, Dickson and co began handing out their forms for free.

This saw to the NDC opting out of direct Primaries and settling for "consensus" candidates handpicked by Dickson and co in his parlour.

The deadline set by INEC to submit list of all successful candidates is May 30th.

Failing to do so would see INEC having no choice than to automatically deregister NDC as a political party as they will not have the national spread going into the elections .

This is the reason Dickson alongside Giringori and co began handing out forms for free and opted out for primaries nationwide.

However, the party isn't out of the woods yet.

With no real serious candidate, the NDC will lose woefully next year and this will set them up for fresh review by INEC on their eligibility to still be recognised as a political party.

They were forced to give out their forms to any Tom, Dick and Harry for free or else they would have automatically set themselves up for deregistration.

The reason they then followed it up by opting for so-called consensus was because most of their slots had just one aspirant .

A vibrant multiparty system helps to deepen democracy, but the incompetence of this government has made them Jittery over opposition because they know that they have performed poorly, they have nothing to campaign with apart from the road to nowhere - Coastal Fraud Road and Nel Wayo fund

Op, NDC focus is presidential elections. Peter Obi, Seyi Makinde, Goodluck Jonathan and other Southern candidates are out to share Southern votes. If Tinubu wins 3 states in the South, he should celebrate it. Lagos will be splitted, same as Oyo and Ondo. Osun will be ADC. SE will vote Peter Obi, South South will vote Obi and GEJ. The split will put Tinubu in a loss position in the South. That us the strategy, look very well and not be blinded by Obi.
However you want to see it, Tinubu is not coming back. This was part of the Ibadan arrangement, to crowd out Tinubu in the South, because the South was his only hope.

This will give Atiku the win. With Atiku, some people will be exiled for good.

Come 2031, power will revert to the South under ADC/NDC/APM alliance.

GEJ case in court was not even initiated by him but by a plaintiff seeking his disqualification .

GEJ has told you he isn't contesting but you guys keep spreading fake news to that effect.
