Its because your African leaders are terribly greedy and failed to understand the consequences of letting such valuable resources to exploited.
You know what, they are not coming to exploit your resources because they don't have them. Don't be surprise that they may have more resources than you have in your African countries, but because they understand the terrible consequences of exploring those resources, they prefer not to touch them, and look else where (full of greedy people) to exploit/explore. Just know that, money WILL NEVER be able to replace value attached to unexploited places in our various communities across Africa.

This is an order that specifically targets only Africans whom they have given temporary visa waivers ( that is previously allowed to stay in their country after visa expiration). They are in a big row with Thailand right now who also is cracking down on all visas (legal or illegal), there goal here is to attract the typical westerners who are fed up with Thailand, so they dare not crack down on those segments, since out of status Africans contributes next to nothing to them economically, they are a soft target to make the Cambodians flex whatever muscles they have. P.s constant raids are going on in condominiums, and unlike Thailand, Cambodians do not publish their arrests, so many “Nigerians “ packed from their rooms are currently languishing in jail with almost no hope of repatriation.
