This one na lamba my guy @emboldened. There is nothing like PayPal reversal except you, the sender, initiated a chargeback on said transaction, but you said nothing like that happened. The receiver is the one to login on his/her PayPal account, go to said transaction, and initiate either partial/full refund. I think the receiver in this case is trying to buy time with the PayPal reversal thingy, na normal thing.
