My package has been pending here, another parcel it arrived same time with has already been delivered, none of my packages have ever spent so long after being collected by speedaf. Please is this normal
NB: there are 12 small items in the package

Hello. Did you finally get your refund from Access? If yes how long did it take and did you need to reach out to them to process it.

I have a similar case and want to know how to proceed. There are 3 refunds and only one of them have a ARN, the other 2 though successful didn't. None has been received and it's been almost a week since the refund was processed.

Should be looking at 10 days minimum for Refund through local Banks.

My experience with UBA wasn't that long. It took about 5 days hence the reason I specifically asked someone with experience with Access Bank.

I have experienced uba too, fastest was 7 days.
You're dealing with local Banks, so be patient

Your item arrived Regional carrier facility on the 26, which was Tuesday. Then a 2-day holiday followed. This is what you need to consider because those in charge of your parcel may decide not to move it until next week when activies resume fully.

Yes very valid point thank you for responding. My fear is another package arrived yesterday and they both finished clearance same time.

Exactly why I asked cause all my refund experience has been 5 days max though none of it had been Access Bank so wanted to know if the peculiarities are limited to Access. I remember my first refund (Zenith Bank) was 3 days or something while UBA was 5 days. Hoping that Access comes through next week as it should be well over 10 days by then.

I emailed them with the ARN, it took two weeks before I got the refund. ARN must be issue by aliexpress to excalate the refund to access. But I do not know if combined goods refund will have separate ARN,

I guess these are Speedaf deliveries. Packages from Nipost hardly get updates to be finally delivered. I can't remember the last time someone posted here that they received their items from Nipost. Especially this month of May. I just hope our packages are safe and secured with hope that they will eventually deliver them someday.

I ordered just an iPhone 17 pro max from techterio and it shipped from china,estimated delivery for them to Nigeria stated 10 business days,everything was moving fine till it got to customs clearance in progress since 23rd May,I contacted local courier Speedaf and the said it’s not yet with them.Guys please help me know what could be the issue na 55k I buy d casing.Thanks

If the phone is of the same spec and near identical price then there's no reason to consider ordering from AliExpress at all because temu guarantees delivery and any problem with defects is sorted out almost instantly. However their phone inventory is sparse and you will certainly find phones with higher specs on AliExpress.

If the item is under "customs clearance", then there's nothing you can do but wait till it's completed. It happens this way sometimes, expecially after a major holiday when there are backlog of orders to clear.

Speedaf will use more Dan 5 days to transit parcel from Lagos to Abuja,very useless people

I've been shopping on AliExpress for a while and this recent order is kind of abnormal to me. The package has been stuck in "cargo flight departured" status since may 30th. Normally this status doesn't take more than 24 hours or 2 days to upate. Anybody with similar experience? How did it go?

Mine is an LP...MY package, Does your package tracking on AliExpress say "import clearance started"? Maybe I'll send a mail to find out if they've received mine too because parcelsapp tracking says it's being transported to destination country since 14th April. Ordered since April
