I believe the President was wrong. The real situation was made known by Wale Edun. Projected revenue was N42trn while actual receipt was about N11trn, a massive shortfall.

So in that situation, capital expenditure of about N15trn will not be adequately funded. Priority will be given to recurrent expenditure (N14trn) and debt service (N16.8trn).

If we're to go by your figures then even the non- oil target was not met because it was set at 25trn and you're here telling us total revenue was 11trn yet to said just two mentions back that he was referring to non- oil which means you joined him to tell lies.
The fact is that oil revenue is largely unaccounted for by this administration because they are blurring the line between non- oil and oil revenue so as to push more money to states and buy loyalties of the govs. That's why they are claiming revenue had tripled yet the MDAs are poorly funded while govs are smiling out of FAACs

My family and I will vote Tinubu if the opportunity arises again. Why believing all this purveyors of bad news about our great country - Nigeria? When they report the shortcomings of the president,they should also report his success? A president that offset $5billion FX backlog,raised foreign reserve from net -$3.99billion( according to JF Morgan's report) to about $50billion while still embarking on Capital projects, provides NELFUND for students to access cannot be called a failure. How can I see Tinubu on the ballot and vote a man who as a Governor could not solve erosion problem for 8years?
