Honestly speaking, to me they have good players. Injuries just didn't allow them play together.
A team that has Kulusevski, Maddison, Kudus, Kolo Muani, Mathy Tels, Solanke, Bentacur, Richarlison, Xavi Simon, Palhinha, Bergval, and co. I won't lie to you this are more than even what my Man United can call upon.
They're just unlucky with injuries, and they also need a coach that will make it work once all of them are fit. And I believe De Zerbi can do that

It seem you don't understand what is meant by "most valuable"? It is not limited to just cash revenue or cash at hand. The valuation includes assets, revenue, the value of each players.
