The Testaments S1 (2026).

The Handmaid's Tale for Gen Z.

There was a time when quality shows were dropping bar for bar and there was absolutely no room for medicore shows, and The Handmaid's Tale was one of those. The subject matter was heavy af, but it was high quality tv, but they dragged it further than needed, and it became so monotonous...like would they get out of Gilead or not?..got so tiring, copped the final season still but i never went back to it.

Then, this was teased as a follow up earlier this year, i reluctantly indulged because of some obvious reasons, and it has been one of my weekly drivers ever since and the final episode dropped yesterday. Well overall, it was an extension of The Handmaid's Tale, like junior league basically same plot, of trying to get out of Gilead, but Man the casting makes it worthwhile...like it was an harem of total beauts 😩, giving, it is obviously overly fem centric and cheesy af, but your eyes is gonna thank you for it, when you are done, especially that Chase Infiniti!, oh good grief, she is one fine piece of biracial goodness!!🍭.

Off Campus S1 (2026).

College romance, really Hot people and good music 👍🏿.

Without "The Boys" and "Invincible" airing, a Prime video sub might seem like a waste, but this got suggested and i kinda liked it.

Again, cheesy storyline, that i may have probably seen once or twice before, but the show is really well done, and the leads were able to hold their own and top tier music selections ngl.

Good watch if you want something casual and fun to see. 👍🏿

On serious note,spider noir is decent,o wished his villains got to do really cool stuff with their powers instead of slapping sand on their face or cheap lightning powers , CW gets flamed for less.

Also wished that the series had connections to spider verse film would have been cool.

It could mean the same thing. Specifically not enough people they were targeting watched it. And they were banking on majority of the old fans to come back to it. But they obviously didn't hit a set milestone they were hoping for. So they had to cancel it.

Probably what they invested is far larger than what they're willing to lose out on ROI.

Project Hail Mary and Interstellar making me craving for more ambitious Sci-Fi thriller.
But this one with a dark theme for Espionage in Cold War Soviet sure makes for an incredible premise. A spin off prequel from the world of For All Mankind.

This review surely solidifies this watch for me.

Apple TV has surely carved a niche for themselves... being unparalleled in Sci-Fi dramas.

I'm still feeling a bit pissed, they cancelled the show. It was totally worth it.

The popular football/Hockey Nepo fawning over a less popular girl, after a heated tensions before? the fake dating? the less popular girl and the popular sports guy hooking up in secret just for segs and actually catching feelings??...maan, except you haven't been seeing cheesy college rom coms but i have had my fair share load of them and i am telling you, this wasn't so different like the plenty others before it. Nothing on that show surprised me!... everything was predictable!, just looking at the poster, i could easily tell...but like i said, it was a good watch still.👍🏿
