It's imaginable and questionable. Having imagined, it's easy to reach out to some natives of Imo to confirm if he registered his voter's card there, b3 ause coming to contest in Abuja all of a sudden while abandoning his own state is a wow.

See let me explain it to you in the most basic form that your brain can comprehend.

INEC does not have the constitutional powers to disqualify any candidate running for office .

When a party submits the names and qualifications of its flag eaters to contest in a general election, INEC is mandated to provide to interested parties these information for them to view.

Interested parties can also demand to view their rivals PVCs alongside party registration details.

Every information of an individual contesting for electable position submitted to INEC becomes open to public scrutiny and as such is non confidential.

As you can see from what Lere posted was a phone camera picture of a computer screen.

This is proof that whoever took that pictured viewed the portal not from their own device remotely but at INEC office and requested to take a screen shot using their phones.

This is important because it shows whoever took that photo did not have access to INEC servers but viewed the information from an INEC computer at INEC office.

So rest.

Under Section 29(3) of the Electoral Act 2022, INEC publishes the personal particulars of officially nominated candidates by displaying copies of Form EC9, along with academic credentials and other documents, at state headquarters and local government offices. The public and aspirants are explicitly encouraged to scrutinize these documents for accuracy.

Any person can apply to INEC for a certified copy of a candidate's nomination form, affidavit, and supporting documents upon payment of a prescribed fee, as provided under the Electoral Act. Aspirants who believe false information was submitted by a candidate have the right to challenge the nomination in the Federal High Court under Section 29(5).

Where was Lere when the same people openly defected to the apc but later said they were still in the pdp, despite tendering their resignation letters ? You don't need to have access to INEC backend to have access to people's information. You just need to know basic things about them like full name, age, state of origin and LGA. The data will pop up.

The constitution wouldn't have envisaged some greedy people would leave their part of the nation to go and alter the political landscape of others by transfering their voting point massively.
