[quote author=Tflex01 post=139571204] The way you guys deflects ehn! The main conversation is about an SE guy who transferred his registration from his own state few weeks ago to drag a political position in another man’s land. What do you mean defect, A mere aide to a politician is posting information only assesible to inec and you want us to focus on just the post nd not ask how he got it. Are you serious Transferring of INEC registration is not something so private that requires the type of confidentiality that Obidients are ascribing to it. They are just angry with tTransfer of inec registration is a two-party confidentiality that should can only leak from those two enhe exposition by Lere. You catch thieves, dem come dey quarrel say uno catch them the Emeka ike is not friends with wike we for say e forget his phone for wike house n lere quickly copied his phone so definitely Amupitan inec leaked that information to Wike to share, to discredit emeka noise We witness the same pattern when Fayose came out to tell us what Tinubu & seyi discussed in abuja. It is Wike grabbing this information Shebi wike is now law enforce for inec, no event centre must open for an unrecognised party by inec in FCT ![]() Sey you can see where we are going, no more independence, rule of law ... even inec is now playing politics |

yarimo:We already own you, Abuja is a walk over. Tinubu must be chased out with clubs and pebbles before he contaminates what's left of this country. Imagine your reaction after reading such a post that should invoke anger in you. |

If an individual can have access to such data from inec and still have the full confidence to upload it online then there's nothing fair about inec. |

I only came to see how the moderators here in collaboration with APC are deceiving themselves. It's imaginable to ask why Emeka Ike who's very popular will suddenly pick up a form to contest in Abuja. Some people are just saying how did Lere gain access to the INEC server. It's imaginable and questionable. Having imagined, it's easy to reach out to some natives of Imo to confirm if he registered his voter's card there, b3 ause coming to contest in Abuja all of a sudden while abandoning his own state is a wow. fergie001: |

Thanks for this expose. What really bemuses me is how they think that all Nigerians are gullible to their fallible motives. I pray they can be matched intelligence for intelligence and hacking for hacking. If it warrants using drones to monitor all the wards during the elections so be it. fergie001: |

MemphitzDgreat1:My friend, anyone can get access to any potential candidate's data stored on INEC servers. You just go to INEC to view copies of what a candidate submitted to INEC in their nomination form. This isn't news. |

Why not let address the issues at hand instead of attacking the source. If Nigeria must great,we need to shun all this short Conners... How do his person stand to protect the masses by wining through the back door, through false information and deceitful. What stops him from coming out from his state of origin where he has registered for years. And the most amazing thing is that non of you see any wrong in his deed and attacking someone who we all should praise for trying to enlightened US. We are never ready for good government hence non of you is calling this Young Man out Though must people leaving the main topic and attacking the source are kids who are still been fed by parents if not they won't have been asking how the source get the information, such info can be gotten by anyone who is interested in a particular person by pressing further. When is favor you, you call it blessings but when against you and your loved ones, it's called corruption Jecci: |

Penguin2:See let me explain it to you in the most basic form that your brain can comprehend. INEC does not have the constitutional powers to disqualify any candidate running for office . When a party submits the names and qualifications of its flag eaters to contest in a general election, INEC is mandated to provide to interested parties these information for them to view. Interested parties can also demand to view their rivals PVCs alongside party registration details. Every information of an individual contesting for electable position submitted to INEC becomes open to public scrutiny and as such is non confidential. As you can see from what Lere posted was a phone camera picture of a computer screen. This is proof that whoever took that pictured viewed the portal not from their own device remotely but at INEC office and requested to take a screen shot using their phones. This is important because it shows whoever took that photo did not have access to INEC servers but viewed the information from an INEC computer at INEC office. So rest. |

Jecci:Under Section 29(3) of the Electoral Act 2022, INEC publishes the personal particulars of officially nominated candidates by displaying copies of Form EC9, along with academic credentials and other documents, at state headquarters and local government offices. The public and aspirants are explicitly encouraged to scrutinize these documents for accuracy. Any person can apply to INEC for a certified copy of a candidate's nomination form, affidavit, and supporting documents upon payment of a prescribed fee, as provided under the Electoral Act. Aspirants who believe false information was submitted by a candidate have the right to challenge the nomination in the Federal High Court under Section 29(5). So rest |

Where was Lere when his boss moved all his loyalists into the apc in rivers? Where was Lere when the same people openly defected to the apc but later said they were still in the pdp, despite tendering their resignation letters ? Was what Emeka Ike do in compliance with the electoral law? If yes, then everyone should rest. Ambode is from Ondo while fashola is from ekiti but we still accommodated them in Lagos. They even governed our state. It's now we're changing the narrative cos we too want to govern our state. These guys sef. |

Stop hyping things jor. This is nothing confidential. Which of his displayed info are not already in public domain? Was his BVN displayed? Won’t all this info still be pasted on election date for people to see? Fire go dey burn, some people go dey clear gutter. They like claiming victim. Pity-party Notice-me syndrome. |

1nigeriamyfoot:You don't need to have access to INEC backend to have access to people's information. You just need to know basic things about them like full name, age, state of origin and LGA. The data will pop up. Come on, before you people go arguing or protesting, at least understand how things work. That's the problem I have with young people of this generation. Nobody wants to learn anything...just vibes and cruise! |
| Re: Lere Olayinka Shares Emeka Ike's Confidential Voter Details by LibertyRep: 9:37am On May 31 |
The problem with people like you is the fact that you wouldn't appreciate Nigeria is a conglomerate of different nations. The constitution wouldn't have envisaged some greedy people would leave their part of the nation to go and alter the political landscape of others by transfering their voting point massively. What does it take them to respect other people's space in this forced union? Go ahead and explore the loophole but don't act surprised if the owners of the land decide to push back. Denko2721987: |
