These ones the images up there are all yellow. Mine when done, the yoke is pale yellow abi cream and chalky.

Preference: Let it soak in stew for 2 days 🤤🥰

To enjoy better egg yoke and every thing.
Add enough water to cover the eggs, bring to boil, add few drops of vegetable oil, preferably olive oil.
Add the eggs gradually with a spoon, boil more for 7 minutes.
Turn off the flame, bring out the eggs and run cold water over it for at least 30 seconds, allow to cool briefly and enjoy.
Rule 1: Don't soak your eggs after cooking in water, better strain off and allow it to cool.

I think I cook my eggs instead of boil cos often, after putting the eggs on the cooker, I always engage myself with something else for about 30 to 1hr....atimes, I forget the eggs and meet it broken with the white stuff already pouring into the pot......will try to be intentional in boiling eggs henceforth, not cooking...😂😂😂😂
