First of all, Iran did not want a nuke as a weapon because the late Ayatollah forbade it via a fatwa. A fatwa is a binding decree in Islam. The only reason Iran is after nukes is because of the saber rattling by Zionists and the US, so just like North Korea Iran is looking for Nukes as deterrence. Iran would've built a couple of nuclear bombs ages ago were they interested before this provocation.

Second, Hamas, hezbollah ISIS and Houthis should not be used in the same sentence. If you knew anything about Islam, you'd know that ISIS is Sunni while the rest are Shi'a. Sunnis and Shi'as are literally blood enemies. ISIS was funded by Israel and the US against Syria's Assad during the Arab Uprising before it became what it is.
