There is difference between banter and hatred. I know a lot of people that arsenal's collapse was the number one thing on their prayer list, you watch how Chelsea fans celebrated losing 3-0 to man city just because they thought man city would usurp arsenal,the thought of arsenal winning got a lot of rival fans depressed.
