South Africans will pay in tears and blood for this foolishness of attacking their fellow Africans. I can't fathom how a people can be so hateful towards their fellow Africans. |

Their freedom fighters who were marked for deth ran to other African countries especially Nigeria and they were given shelter and paid stipends from monies deducted from our civil servants. Those same freedom fighters went back to South Africa and continued their fight which turned out successful. If those African countries had rejected them they would have died like dogs and so would their hope of getting rid of oppression then. Kobojunkie: |

Kobojunkie:I disagree, a human has the fundamental human right of movement. If animals can migrate how much more humans, that have been doing that since ages. |

yongg:What is the foundation of this right that you claim? ![]() |

Kobojunkie:Natural law, law of nature. It is not even a claim, it is what is. Tinker it from first principles and see how absurd it sounds that one can't move. It is also ok for natural populations to protect their living space but that does not take away right of movement. |
| Re: Mozambique Says 5 Citizens Killed In ‘xenophobic Attacks’ In South Africa by Kobojunkie: 7:14am On Jun 03 |
yongg:Nature? Where is this nature, and how does it go about defending this supposed right that you claim you have by it? Say you are trying to move to China or Saudi Arabia. How does Nature ensure that your right of movement is not violated when you do? ![]() |

Kobojunkie:Go study settlements over the ages and answer those questions for settlers that moved or expanded into other territories, and I am especially referring to the non-aggressive ones., the more trade-based or skill/exchange-based ones. Or better still, let's do a 101, produce and enforce a law to freeze a baby in place right after birth let's see. ![]() |
| Re: Mozambique Says 5 Citizens Killed In ‘xenophobic Attacks’ In South Africa by Kobojunkie: 7:23am On Jun 03 |
yongg:I asked you a question. You claim you have a right bestowed on you by nature to move anywhere you like. I want to know how nature goes about that so that your right is never violated, or if it is, that you are defended? ![]() Telling me about settlements is trying to shove gobbledegook at me. ![]() |
| Re: Mozambique Says 5 Citizens Killed In ‘xenophobic Attacks’ In South Africa by yongg: 7:25am On Jun 03*. Modified: 7:54am On Jun 03 |
Kobojunkie:Start by producing a law to enforce freezing a baby in place right after birth if that makes sense to you... A myriad of examples exists for you in the natural environment to borrow knowledge from yet you want gobbledegook. Start from first principles can't be spoon-feed beyond that. |

yongg:What does a baby or the freezing of one in place have to do with a discussion on illegal migration? ![]() |

Kobojunkie:Apparently, arguments beyond your capacity to see reason is time-wasting, it makes sense, not everyone assimilates truth/fact right away, it takes time for some, sometimes. There is still hope you will come about this topic much more sensibly in future, maybe then you will understand better. I'm my opinion, what I can deduce from your take is confusing territorialism/territoriality with right to movement. |

Your comment, what's it all about? It's got nothing to do with the topic, or is it just for educational purpose or you just felt like filling up your page? Onyiiobi7735: |

maasoap:Protest is legal in south africa |
| Re: Mozambique Says 5 Citizens Killed In ‘xenophobic Attacks’ In South Africa by maasoap(m): 3:53pm On Jun 04 |
andrewza:That's not protesting. That's rampaging murderous mob injuring and killing immigrants and destroying their means of livelihood. Even your school kids are now demanding that foreign students should leave their country. The virus is spreading really fast beyond imagination. Keep it up, you will see the consequences sooner or later |
| Re: Mozambique Says 5 Citizens Killed In ‘xenophobic Attacks’ In South Africa by andrewza: 4:12pm On Jun 04 |
maasoap:There where far non violent protest Marches than there where act of violence. News went SSD how the one where people just walked holding banners. |
| Re: Mozambique Says 5 Citizens Killed In ‘xenophobic Attacks’ In South Africa by maasoap(m): 4:26pm On Jun 04 |
andrewza:That doesn't erase the destructions of lives and properties that occurred as a result of the few violent protests. Like I always said, all of you are guilty and culpable, your governments, violent protesters, the non violent protesters and the the rest of you giving them online supports and defending them. |
| Re: Mozambique Says 5 Citizens Killed In ‘xenophobic Attacks’ In South Africa by Kobojunkie: 4:28pm On Jun 04 |
maasoap:The only way to resolve those is prosecution of all those actually involved in the destruction of property and lives, not a ban on protests, as protests will always remain legal. ![]() |
| Re: Mozambique Says 5 Citizens Killed In ‘xenophobic Attacks’ In South Africa by maasoap(m): 4:34pm On Jun 04 |
Kobojunkie:Any protest that leads to murdering and destruction is no longer legal. It has to be banned. Imagine the victims of those protests so far are SA citizens and not immigrants, do you believe that your government would still allow the protests to continue? No way! |
| Re: Mozambique Says 5 Citizens Killed In ‘xenophobic Attacks’ In South Africa by Kobojunkie: 4:36pm On Jun 04*. Modified: 5:03pm On Jun 04 |
maasoap:1. You should probably consult the letter of the law rather than make it up for kicks. The rights of the people cannot be banned. Protest is a right and cannot be banned. ![]() 2. Again, protests are legal rights of the people. Crime isn't. So, if crime is committed by protesters, then all government can do is prosecute the criminals who committed the crime, not penalize all of those protesting. ![]() |

andrewza:Your people are pushing the line between peaceful protests enshrined in many constitutions and anarchy. The problem is your history with violent protests are endemic, some of you can't tell the difference anymore. |

| Re: Mozambique Says 5 Citizens Killed In ‘xenophobic Attacks’ In South Africa by maasoap(m): 9:18pm On Jun 04 |
Kobojunkie:Protests that have led to multiple murders and injuries of immigrants and the destruction of their livelihood. I ask you again, if South Africans were the victims, would their government still allow it to continue? |
| Re: Mozambique Says 5 Citizens Killed In ‘xenophobic Attacks’ In South Africa by Kobojunkie: 9:25pm On Jun 04 |
maasoap:Again, protests are a right, and the government has no legal right to deny the people their right to protest. '2. The same government that has been attacking white South Africans for a while now? ![]() |
| Re: Mozambique Says 5 Citizens Killed In ‘xenophobic Attacks’ In South Africa by maasoap(m): 9:48pm On Jun 04 |
Kobojunkie:Protests that have become tools for murdering people and destroying properties are no longer protests. Sorry. 2. The same government that has been attacking white South Africans for a while now?And how many whites have been killed by that government so far? And secondly, what lesson am I supposed learn from your submission? |
| Re: Mozambique Says 5 Citizens Killed In ‘xenophobic Attacks’ In South Africa by Kobojunkie: 9:51pm On Jun 04 |
maasoap:Protests are not tools for murder. ![]() 2. So, because you conclude no whites have been killed, therefore it becomes ok that they are being discriminated against by the same government? You think it is OK for you to pick and choose which situation constitutes an offense based on skin color, abi? ![]() |
