PlushyRealtor:
This can only happen in Nigeria. In more civilized countries, a young woman can wear very revealing clothing, and even if it exposes parts of her body, no one would dare confront her about it. If you do, she could report you to the police, and you might end up facing legal consequences.
Have you heard of "indecent exposure"?

Shey this one no be skit ni.
That's assault and harassment.... Just because say we wan correct anyhow behavior nor mean say make we become animals too.

Tell men who turn their heads and salivate when they see indecent dirty girls to be disciplined. I turn my eyes away in disgust when I see most of these creatures poorly dressed in the name of fashion, but na those kain ones una dey tag "sessy" and that's why dem dey continue.

If you have to be naked to feel beautiful and free, then it's a mental illness that should be starved, not validated by catcalling and attention giving.

Final Verdict: If this is verified as NOT a skit, those guys should be arrested.
Like for real, men should turn their eyes away, when they see a girl that dressed indecently.

She is a bad influence to society. Other girls will see her and start dressing like that. That's how it started. Will you advice your daughter to dress like that? So don't ask that question, what is your business.

The 1999 Constitution of Nigeria does not specifically define or mention "indecent exposure" as an offence. Instead, the Constitution guarantees certain fundamental rights.

Are they school girls on school uniforms?

SA teen girls students are all on short skirts. Those are kids and not adults. Why do they allow kids to sexualised themselves in SA schools?

Even in the civilised countries nudity is considered as constituting public nuisance and can be a crime u can only see ladies dressing like this in beaches and parties not in the streets or govt public buildings.

Like I said, we have institutions and enforcers of the Law, so we don't act like the animals in the video.

You don't see anybody stoning cheating wives and husbands to death in any place that have Holy Laws.

Anyone over 18 years of age should be mature enough to know what's best for them, as long as their actions do not violate the laws or constitution of the country.
Some many sections of Nigeria law frowns at indecent dressing. The fact that the government has refused to act doesn't mean it doesn't exist. So an adult is free to come out naked. If you see a man moving along the road with his erected gbola, wouldn't you call him a perv and probably call for his arrest.. When African were not covering their bodies enough, they were tagged bushman, today, the white move around naked and you call them civilized. Africa who did this to us?

You can read section 231 of the criminal code act and section 26 of the violence against persons(prohibition Act 2015. Like I said before the fact that the government is being subtle does not mean someone can be prosecuted if he or she dressed indecently especially adults.

I've gone through it and you're very very correct. Sorry for defending what's wrong and thank you for the eye opening. Cheers
