LoL... Yes Delta North has more local government areas but by population Delta central out numbered them.... Urhobos make up 60% the population in Warri South and there are also Urhobo communities in Patani and Burutu LGAs.

Ughelli north alone in terms of population is as big as ukwuani and ndokwa east. Lastly itsekiris are only majority (60-40) in Warri north which is very sparsely populated, and the minority in both Warri south as mentioned earlier and Warri southwest (40-60 to the ijaws). The fact you don't know this shows you are not on ground.
