The government should negotiate tactically, pay the ransom or whatever and restrategise on how they can make them fall into their trap. If Israel can negotiate with Hamas , exchange prisoners with them then who is the state government. Israel negotiated with Hamaz went back to restrategise and today Hamaz is history. |

I really feel sad about the whole thing, if these people are not common people they will have been released by now, all these bandits should start beeping their search light on the politicians who have made everything the way it is right now. |

If you negotiate with kidnappers or blackmailers, they will be back, other groups will also spring up for the almost easy millions of naira, they will be back with more weapons, stronger than before and abduct more and the cycle continues. Govts were paying ransom to them and one can see how kidnapping is now getting to be the most lucrative venture for criminals now, both locals and foreigners who have seen collaborative fg and subnationals. They should do everything to rescue them but not paying ransom. |

Only a failed system negotiates with terrorists and criminals. It is sad what those kids have been passing through for the past 16 days. However, giving those kidnappers what they want will only stir future franchise for those lowlives. They will keep coming back for more and more people. Next time, they might even kidnap an entire school. I personally think the government should get enough arm forces into those forest and comb every inch of it to find those kids. and if they get their hands on those hoodlums, to eliminate them without hesitation. How big is Oyo state if the government truly want to rescue those kids for goodness sake. |

NaijaNaWaa:The ones in the creek are far better than these. They fought what they beloved in though they were wrong. But these ones are evil, inhumane and are agents of destruction. If I were the Nigerian President I would use maximum force on them and anybody that speak in favour of them will go to jail for life at the least. |

I once said on this forum that Nigeria problems majorly comes from corruption that stems from bad governance as well as the gullible governed. In fact, both the government and the electorates are two sides of a coin. “People deserve the kind of leaders they have” |

Bola Tinubu left Lagos after several days of Sallah break, and FLEW OVER OYO STATE back to Abuja. In 2027, we need to elect a human being as President because this Bola Ahmed Tinubu is too inhumane and extremely insensitive |

Bentacur007:This is what happens when you politicise everything and you jave nothing upstairs. I am sure you are aware that the governor of that state is/ was in the PDP....so when the PDP won majority of the posts in that state do you expect the Speaker (who suggested this) to be from APC? Like I said when there is little upstairs even a one minute google search will be too much for you. |

Yes they should negotiate first to secure thos victims life first in order to prevent another death, afterward then make provisions for tight security preventing occurrence of situations like this in the future. Note any aggressive motion towards securing these life will eventually lead to 1,2,3 or more death of victims. Imagine ursef in such situations, tell me would u prefer rescue mission or negotiation with these devils who knows no value on human life, give ur answer with all sincerity. SmartMen: |

Over 2 weeks in captivity within the same state... And, everybody is moving on in the country like it's normal. I mean... How do we even explain or make sense of this shame?!! In a serious nation, heads would be rolling if the captives are not rescued within 48 hours. Like, una just give Kidnappers complete space and freedom to hold people within the same state for going to a month?!! And your governor and even President are campaigning for elections. If people say the country is "Dead", some of you, even from Oyo state, will take serious offense. Smh!!! |

The bastards keeping the children and their teachers are on Nigeria's ground. Nigeria has close to a million people in the armed forces who are paid monthly for security in the country. They must rescue the children and their teachers. |
