"Do we have to wait for him to flood the forests to rescue these children? I’m just concerned about these abductees; nobody can kidnap me, not even my family, because they are spread across Canada and Germany. Why should I fret?

“Despite how bad Buhari’s administration is, he completed his tenure. Why are they trying to stop a Yoruba man — Tinubu — from completing his?

"It was Tinubu who freed me when I was in exile. Why should I tackle him? And why are they trying to ruin his government?

Last May 15, 2026, 46 pupils were abducted from three schools in Oriire Local Government Area of Oyo State. The name of the schools attacked are Baptist Nursery and Primary School, Yawota; Community Grammar School, Esiele; and L.A. Primary School.

The filming of the beheading of one of the abducted teachers which the men of the underworld posted online forced Igboho to seek approval to launch his security outfit, “Iru Ekun Security Network,” as part of efforts to dislodge criminal elements from the South-West forests.

Punch reports that security agencies have surrounded the possible escape routes of the assailants after they fled into a nearby forest bordering Oriire communities and the Old Oyo National Park axis.

These demands are just rubbish.

By even directing the govt to pay into an account in Benin republic should tell anyone that these guys are not ready to free those kids.

How do they intend to have access to the money in the account ?

From these their demands it's clear they are just stalling and they don't have any intentions to free those kids .

What we should expect is one northern figure stepping up to be an intermediary between the bandits and the govt.

From there they will sneak in their real demands which will be in reviewing some of the reforms especially in oil lifting, oil wells ownership and FX allocations .

These bandits are being backed by powerful but now highly disgruntled elements.
