Though south west governors irrespective of party they belonged to have been very complacent on the issues of security in the south west, but this is not the time to play politics, all these blame game should stop now and all hands should be on deck to rescue the innocent children and their teachers from the hands of the monsters called terrorists.

Seyi Makinde announced his intention to run for president, and suddenly, schoolchildren were kidnapped and a teacher was beheaded in Oyo State. It's very strange.

Why people are not naming the overrated and incompetent army chiefs? Is it Tinubu that is going to draw the strategic plans and executions of safe guarding the country? Why are people just mischievous about the security breakdown in the country? Tinubu can only be mentioned if he turned down approval of the military in dealing with national security.
Looks our military, especially the airforce are too afraid to confron the bandits and bokoharam, currently Nigeria is at war, one would expect to be seeing surveillance aircrafts every where, over the cities, towns and villages, tens of aircrafts with backups suppose to be hovering over the axis of anywhere people have just been kidnapped.

What we should expect is one northern figure stepping up to be an intermediary between the bandits and the govt.

From there they will sneak in their real demands which will be in reviewing some of the reforms especially in oil lifting, oil wells ownership and FX allocations .

These bandits are being backed by powerful but now highly disgruntled elements.

And after all this they are free to go kidnap a fresh set of kids and teachers and the cycle starts afresh.
