You cannot cite any sir. Primaries are conducted by the national chapter and The supreme Court has stated this severally. All the ones you will cite will confirm to this... In any case, direct primaries took place which doesn't relate to congresses

Stop exhibiting ignorance. Nomination forms is sign by members of political parties not ward or state exco. The national exco conducted the primary not state, state exco can issue statement based on national exco activities

Don’t worry no one needs to nullify anything manually; the courts will ultimately determine the outcome.

What is surprising is the double standard in how some people interpret similar judicial situations depending on political convenience. During the PDP internal crisis, many of you argued that once there was a subsisting court order stopping a convention, any action taken in defiance of that order would not stand. You insisted the law must be obeyed.

So how is this different from the current situation?

If there are valid court pronouncements regarding the conduct or legitimacy of party congresses or leadership structures, then the same principle should apply compliance with court orders is not optional. Allegations that congresses proceeded despite judicial restrictions raise the same legal questions that have been seen in previous political party disputes, including those involving leadership tussles in Rivers State APC in past election cycles.

It is also on record that correspondences and nomination-related documents have been issued and signed under the authority of those same ward-to-state executive structures now being disputed. That alone raises further questions about legitimacy and internal party compliance.

This is not a new story it mirrors earlier political and legal disputes in Rivers State and elsewhere where courts had to intervene to clarify the validity of party structures and processes.

At the end of the day, it is not about political emotion or selective interpretation. It is about consistency in the application of the law and respect for judicial authority, regardless of party affiliation.

Ok..ooo,but I was just doing research on similar cases like this in Nigeria,I stumbled over some.
The one that was the most recent was that of Akwa Ibom.So,I will present that one here first,then maybe if need be, another one from a northern state would be presented too.
It might be a lengthy write-up,but be patient to go through it to the end.

Now,it happened that towards the build up to the 2023 election, APC had 2 factions in AKS just as what is happening in Rivers now.
One faction was led by Obong Augustine Ekanem backed by some party elders like Umana Umana,Don Etibet,DIG Udom Ekpoudom,etc,while the other faction was led by Obong Stephen Ntukekpo backed by party elders like Chief Godswill Akpabio, Victor Antai, Senator Ita Enang,Prof. Chris Ekong,etc.

The State High Court,in its judgement, recognized Augustine Ekanem's led faction.
And APC primaries election was conducted by NWC and candidates for election at all levels emerged.Among the candidates emerged there was rtd DIG Ekpoudom,the Ikot Ekpene Senatorial candidate,same Senatorial district that the Senate President is representing today.
The other faction,not satisfied, also conducted their own primaries and Godswill Akpabio emerged as the Senatorial candidate of the same Ikot Ekpene Senatorial district as the DIG in the other faction.
Meanwhile, Stephen's faction backed by Akpabio has appealed the judgement of the high court.
The Appeal court later gave its judgement NULLIFYING the Congress that brought Obong Augustine Ekanem faction to power and recognized the faction of Stephen Ntukekpo which Akpabio candidacy was obtained.
The INEC,which hitherto recognized Augustine Ekanem's faction based on state high court judgement immediately ceases to recognize them again.
INEC struck out the names of all the candidates that emerged from that faction in their portal and input the names of all candidates from the other faction.
That was how Akpabio candidacy was recognized by INEC and he stood for the general election with a PDP candidate,Barr. Emmanuel Enoidem and defeated him.

So,my point from the above is this;
(1) The Appeal Court judgement did not in anyway cancel the primaries conducted by that Augustine Ekanem's faction, it was the Congress that brought him to power as APC state chairman that was cancelled and voided.
(2)The primaries was conducted by the party national and was duly monitored by INEC.
(3)But during implementation of the Appeal court judgement, INEC said,yes, you were recognized before but appellate court has said you were not duly elected.
So,every activities, including the primaries you participated or received any correspondence from the national in that capacity as a chairman are now null and void.And that was how it stands as a precedent till today.
(4) Now,the Appeal court judgement has de-recognized Tony Okocha's led faction, don't you agree that all activities his EXCO participated including the primaries are now null and void and INEC will do the same thing they did to all candidates emerged from his faction just as they did to Ekanem's faction in AkS in 2023?

I like your analysis but the primaries in akwa ibom was indirect therefore congresses or factions has a big say. In direct primaries, all party members take part so the question of faction doesn't hold water. Again, the NWC sets up primary panels which conducts with the help of state chapters and submits to nwc.
In zamfara 2019, the Apc primaries was nullified because it was done by the state and not national. In 2023, PDP and APC substituted several candidates long after primaries and it stood. The supreme court said anything primaries, nwc has the final say. In plateau 2023 the appeal court nullified PDP congresses and primaries. Even the supreme court agreed that there was faulty congress yet it ruled in favour of Caleb Muftwang.
In rivers case, the case was originally about who is the real chairman and later about Congress. If there was no Congress, will it stop indirect primaries? The apex court recently said nwc or nec has supreme powers to remove any state chairman or dissolve any state chapter. I can assure you that the apex court will rule in Wike favour after all it is an internal party affairs which is non justiciable. A state chapter must bow to nwc
