This is actually a WAEC problem. i want to believe that the examination wasn't slated for night. It’s not the school's fault that WAEC officers came late. They've kept everyone waiting. If it was the other way around, we know how they'd be carrying shoulder and doing like nebuchadnezzar.

Yes it's Oyo state again and again but the truth remains...the APC that we all kw will want to tarnish the image wether good or not the image of Makinde the state governor. Any one contesting for the same position with Tinubu will be exposed by any means possible. We kw Makinde has his own mischief but APC will go as far as exposing anything about the state. The school is in PHCN Band D. 1 hr of light per day

So, no light for development in Nigeria once you are not in Band A

But WAEC cannot provide electricity for schools. Many states are even owing the examination body.

Most schools don't have electricity wiring. Because they believe in day schooling.

You make sense, how many public school get light for classrooms in Nigeria. The only places you can see light are principal and VP offices and the staff rooms.
That one self in most cases schools are not even able to pay for the bills.

I don't know what has come over waec in recent years, it happened here in osun state, thankfully my son wasn't offering agricultural science, but then exposing these children to all this is uncalled for, not with all the security issues ongoing.
Close to 35 years ago when I wrote this exam, things were done to time, 9am paper was 9am etc...but now it's anyhow, even some papers to start by 9am have been starting by 1pm.

They shouldn't blame it on insecurity, oyo state is not d only state were kidnapping has occurred.. We are angry with d kidnapping n insecurity dere, but waec should not use it as an excuse .

Is d transportation system not working, are people not doing business dere, is dere no movement of people n goods dere, didn't some of d student travel dere as well.. They shouldn't blame dia logistics issue on insecurity to escape blame.

But is it a cardinal sin for SCHOOLS to have electricity in a 2026 world. How much will it cost to provide 5 kw solar kit to every school in Oyo. I bet a lot less than is spent on frivolities.

But it could power some serious learning aids that both teachers and students could do with.
