Hmmmm One mistake many investors make is assuming a buy-back agreement automatically guarantees profit. The reality is that the developer's credibility matters more than the promise itself. The article explains why due diligence is everything. Read here: https://www.thinkmint.ng/buyrealestate/the-developer-buy-back-story-what-every-property-investor-should-know-in-2026/ |

9ja has happened to us. No need to argue about the amount spent then. Never again can anyone get those things at such price with this government. |

MatrixReloaded:Indomie can never be ₦7,500 in 2021. Carton was ₦1800 in 2020 during lockdown and was sold ₦50 apiece then. By 2021, carton was already around ₦2,200 and sold for ₦70. Eggs stayed at ₦50 for a long time post lockdown so crates were sold around ₦1,200 at the time. Tuber of Ham cost qround 400/500 at the time depending on size. There's no way all those items in that photo cost ₦10,000 but some of the prices you quoted are also exaggerated. |
