Nurture it for a month to regain its strength and release it to the wild
Birds of Prey as such as the Eagle are not meant to be caged.
This is a plea

This little Eagle 🦅 fell from high mask some weeks ago, I decided to nurture it, it's extremely stubborn and violent, it eat only raw fresh meat or freshly killed lizard.

This morning I decided to bath it , it was calm and feeling cold and after sunlight exposure, it's resume it violent behavior again.

What i do with it, should I release it or keep nurturing it, I heard it has some medicinal value, or what is the economic value of this little Eagle?.
starve it for 2 days first.

Some birds aren't meant to be caged, their feathers are just too bright, and when they fly away, the part of you that knows it was a sin to lock them up does rejoice, but still, the place you live in is that much more drab and empty now that they're gone -Red

If you know, you know
Re: My Little Eagle by themanderon: 1:27pm On Jun 05

A falcon is not a female eagle Oga. Don’t let NIGERIA and our football team make you look and sound dumb. Try to research on your own.

Cheers !

If they put you in a cage like that would you like it? If you wouldn't like it then animals wouldn't like it too. Please leave animals to enjoy their freedom.

The cage is too small for that eaglet! It needs a lawn tennis-sized cage that's netted all around otherwise it won't do well at all.

My uncle had one that was growing rapidly haven been fed dead chicken from the poultry but was eventually struck by lightning.
See?....

Even the gods got angry...

Lwkmd 🤣🤣

A bird of prey needs a whole lot of meat... they grow fast... and quickly be hunting on their own. How can you be doing good for the bird if you prevent it from flying? If you have a baby .. lock it up in a low cage.. will it ever learn to walk? That bird needs to fly in order to survive. Let it be... it will find lizards and chickens and rats and snakes in its own... it has wayyyyy better sight than you and knows to catch prey wayyyyy better than you. Just let it go. Heard it he nutritional value ... is part of the plan to raise it to eat later? Go ahead.... after you eat ... we'll be right here to listen to you complain about your hair dropping out and non healing head sores . Let the birds go period

That's NOT AN EAGLE!

It's a falcon. Specifically Kestrel. Grey.
It's a hawk-eagle

I don't know if you stay in Lagos but if you can take it to Lekki conservation, they'll pay good money to have it.
