Lagos was built by the colonial masters. Lagos was made the capital of Nigeria by the colonial masters. Lagos was developed by the British who gave NIgeria the road map. All the development in Lagos can be attributed to the British. When the British left The Military already had that mindset and they continued to build Carter Bridge, Third Mainland bridge and IBB bridge. Then Abuja became the capital and massive amounts was spent into Abuja. You thinking is flawed that is like someone saying El Rufai built Abuja.
