Not worth sharing because the posting is vague with no actual detail.

And WHO is definitely not the org to learn real nutrition from because they wine and dine with the same capitalist selling us sh!t.

Please remove smoked fish from the list, or you want me to throw away the one I'm currently on?

Suya is real meat being grilled.
It’s not processed meat. Processed meat has been changed, has added ingredients and chemicals and toxic packaging. Some ‘processed meats’ don’t even have any meat or chicken it.

I'm
Qwikkie:
No, seriously. Sit down for this one.
We've all heard the word cancer thrown around so much that we've somehow become numb to it. We think it's something that just… happens. Like bad luck. Like it falls from the sky and lands on some people and skips others.
But what if I told you that what's sitting in your kitchen right now could be part of the problem?

Cancer rarely shows up overnight. It builds. Quietly. Slowly. Meal by meal, day by day, while you're going about your life completely unbothered.

Now let's talk about the two biggest culprits.

First: processed meats. Your sausages. Your hot dogs. That canned corned beef you've been eating since childhood. The smoked fish. The lunch meat you throw in your sandwich every morning without thinking twice.
The World Health Organization, not a blogger, not a conspiracy theorist, the actual World Health Organization, has classified processed meats as Group 1 Carcinogens.

You know what else is in Group 1? Cigarettes.
Group 1 means the evidence isn't shaky. It's not a theory. There is sufficient proof that these foods cause colorectal cancer. They didn't whisper it. They published it.

Then there's the canned food situation. not ALL canned food. Don't come for us. But this what you need to know:
Many cans are lined with a chemical called Bisphenol-A, or BPA. And when that chemical, especially under heat starts leaching into your food, it doesn't announce itself. It just quietly enters your body and over time, raises your cancer risk.
You can't see it. You can't taste it. That's what makes it dangerous.

So what do you do?

The WHO isn't telling you to live on vegetables and air. But they ARE saying, reduce your intake. Be intentional. Read your labels. Know what you're actually eating.

Because your most frequent habits become your health outcomes.
That thing you eat every day? That thing you've normalised? That's the thing worth questioning.

You don't have to change everything at once. But you have to start somewhere and that somewhere is awareness.

Share this with someone who needs to see it. Because caring about people means telling them the truth, even when it's uncomfortable.
As far as I am concerned something must kill a man all death ☠️💀 na death you just need to enjoy your life to the fullest and stay safe.
Re: That Food You Eat Every Day Might Be Slowly Killing You by Genlebrave(m): 5:08pm On Jun 06
I don’t play with vegetables. For every week that goes by I make sure that I have a full vegetable meal atleast thrice per week.
In this divide of the world, we are blessed with all varieties of vegetables most continents are begging to have, yet, we die of ignorance from diseases caused by the sort of food we take.
This post has said it all, adding to the reduction of this processed food, families should endeavour to have a vegetable garden of their own and if spaced, a poultry.

Thank God for helping me to drop those my once favorites like corned-beef, hotdogs, baked beans, liquid Maggi, geisha and many other canned foods. Though I found it so difficult initially.

Are you talking about our usual groundnut oil?
Okoroemekah:
anything food that will be consumed by human beings and was stored.processed and packaged in a factory is no longer safe for consumption no matter what it is.the only food for consumption is natural food.the day I got this realisation was the day I visited my friend vegetable oil refinery were they turn raw CPKO to edible oil using chemicals and solvents along the way to remove toxins and bleach the raw oil.this is oil that nature has made not to be consumed by humans but us in our infinite wisdom are manipulating nature and the consequences is cancer and kidney disease

Sausage wey I dey chop everyday? shocked

I no do again oo
Hmmm .... you chop sausage? .... every day? If is local sausage ... I'll say that's bad. If it's foreign sausage .... from South America... I'll say that's bad but from the US or Europe... I'll say you're confirmed cannibal and don't even know. For some insight ... go to You Tube search Soylent Green .

@ topic. The things they put in processed foods ... especially US based foods ... one teaspoonful and you drop dead. A common ingredient in foods... high fructose corn syrup used as a sweetener in your "healthy" corn flakes and almost everything else from the US ...check your labels... but banned in Europe and Canada.... carcinogens approved by the FDA. Many ingredients in other products such as lip stick ... etc are banned in other "developed" countries but approved by the FDA. The same people that control the FDA control the WHO. So why are we quoting the WHO as if they look out for our health? What did we learn from the COVID-19 episode? Wasn't it the WHO hat steered soooo many to their deaths? .... and who was the captain of that ship?... wasn't it Bill Gates? ... a man with not a single medical certificate ... not even a medical school drop out ... but he is directing the WHO. Does the WHO ever tell us how to prevent cancer? Never .. but always tell us to go test for cancer ... so they can say we're positive... and pay through the nose for their killer chemotherapy treatment.

Besides over processed foods ... the chemicals we are exposed to ... we spray sniper to kill pests... but inhale the same spray killing ourselves slowly as we develop cancer. We be breathing in air heavily polluted by burning oil and other toxic stuff... bringing cancer on ourselves and don't even know. Asbestos ... that's a real slow killer.. but we don't know. The fish we eat .. try using what too many use to preserve it ... we absorb the toxins when we consume the fish ... same as we absorb the antibiotics fed to farm fish. The vegetables we eat ..loaded with fertilizer...we absorb them. We use Round up...to clear weeds...a carcinogen... the next best thing after slice bread for many farmers Eat local..... we'll be better off.... the beef that attract flies ... the fruits that attract flies ... the greens and vegetables with worm holes. We have to look out for ourselves

Do we know this? Pringles. What is it? Potato chips. Do you notice it does not say Potato Chips? It used to ... no more. Why? ..it is no longer Potato chips ... it is a combination of oils and other stuff...a little potato...all churned together and baked to look like potato chips. There was a court case iand the verdict was it was not potato chips and cannot be advertised as potato chips. So they dropped potato chips and left you believing it was. Just an example for us to be aware of what we are really eating and how deceptive these big corporations are

In America, they tested some fast food stores burgers and found out the burger had no real meat in it. Just other ingredients mashed together, made to look and taste like beef.
This was a medical journal on the research, they contained only 2% - 4% meat.
