With the current economy, this is a question a lot of us are asking more seriously than ever. Those in Lagos will say the buka culture keeps eating affordable if you know where to look. People in Abuja might argue you get better portions for your money even if prices seem higher. Those in Port Harcourt, Kano, Ibadan, Enugu, Benin City and everywhere else all have a case to make too. So we are throwing it open. Which city in Nigeria gives you the most food for your money right now? What does a proper, filling meal cost you where you are? Has eating out become noticeably more expensive in your city over the last year? Are there hidden spots or areas in your city where the food is still genuinely affordable? Drop your city and your honest experience below. Prices, portions, and real comparisons from people on the ground are what we need here. If you are looking for affordable places to eat near you right now, LocalBuka lets you filter restaurants and bukas by budget across multiple cities in Nigeria.
