Tinubu has been the President since 2023. In three years, prices of good and services have astronomically increased, with insecurity engulfing the entire nation and feeding much harder for Nigerians. Is Tinubu not such a “terrible thing” happening to the entire nation? Before him, insecurity was confined to the north. Now with Tinubu, even Lagosians have become restless.

And by the way, Igbokwe asked the traders not to try it again. Why did he run for his life into his friend’s shop and his friend got Igbo market leaders to rescue him? If he does not want them to try it again, then he should keep away from Igbo dominated markets. Short and simple. You reject your people openly and want to secretly relate with them.

By the way, with all the mouth, what was he doing in the market buying spare parts by himself. Is he not ashamed that he has no driver or a worker who should be doing that for him? Even if he does not have those, so he could not trust his mechanic to purchase the parts and fix the car? So he is not the big man that he wants people to believe? E for kuku dey buy meat and maggi for his wife to cook na, instead of his wife going to the market. Stingy man.

Tafawa Balewa wasn't reporting to Azikiwe when he was the ceremonial president. They held different roles and Azikiwe was just a figure head.

And for your information, Azikiwe didn't really fight like others for our independence. The likes of Chief Anthony Enahoro, Ahmadu Bello, Chief Awolowo and others were meeting with British delegates for Nigeria's independence. As matter of fact, Chief Anthony Enahoro moved the motion for self-independence which was vehemently rejected by the Northern politicians. So don't come and twist history as if Azikiwe was the super hero of Nigeria's independence.

Zik remain the first president of Nigeria and it's governor general... anyone that feel pain about that can go and rename it..all those regional champions you mentioned none was close to Zik of Africa,he is the only one named in our constitution.

We are not British and prime minister is useless here.. they can't have same role because prime minister and president doesn't sound the same.


When northern Nigeria was legging behind it was Zik who waited for them to be included.

Zik was just a ceremonial president with zero executive powers because Nigeria was running a parliamentary system with Prime minister Tafawa-Balewa as head of government. Azikiwe was basically a glorified receptionist to Tafawa-Balewa at the time.
