At what system voltage are generating this? What is the orientation of your panels?

I always felt it should generate more. When I add the extra 2 590w, it might get to 2.1kw. Not good enough I suppose

The generation is poor. Though, power generation depends on so many factors.

Panels work best on nearly flat surfaces.

chief, your setup will carry the dayo cooker without issues.

Infact the highest I use is 1000w for cooking fresh foods and 600w for warming. And these watts are what's showing on the cooker not the actual consumption watts on the inverter.

It's around 200w lower between the cooker and inverter.

I tried connecting the communication cable to my Cc . As i on pv breaker na so my inverter that was off blow and now reads 12v same with the cc. If u connect 24v battery to the cc, e go the blink error but if u connect 12v the cc go start to the charge normal. Pls guys watin be my hope. embarassed

Your charge controller is supposed to have settings for system voltage, I guess its currently set at 12V, you need to change it to 24v. Share a picture of the cc

you need to set the CC to 24v before you connect the battery to it since the battery is 24v….

Why exactly are you avoiding buying directly or could it be you misPlaced your simCard and don't wanna buy the entire setUp again, if that's the case, I believe their customerCare should be able to help you out one way or the other or at least give information.

However I needed it for an airtel universal mifi that uses unlimited sim same as router ..and not all mifi works with it but mine work with it

I just saw your post. Sorry this is coming late.

There's one thing about stand-alone inverters, they need to be connected directly to the battery terminal.

The charge controller should also be connected separately and directly to the battery terminals, (except you're using hybrid inverter where just one wire to the battery serves as both charge input and discharge output).

When you do this, the CC will detect the potential difference between the terminals of the battery and prepare for charging.

The inverter does not have such potential difference across it's terminals.

Now you've learnt your lesson, don't repeat same mistake.

BUT the charge controller mostly are built to protect themselves to an extent so all should be fine. Just select the appropriate battery voltage and all should be fine.

Also and very important (especially for low quality charge controllers), ensure to connect the battery first, before the solar panel(s)

Another thing is, you sure issue ain't from the way you tapped from the battery ? Could you try powering OFF the inverter first and see if the charge controller at least works well with the new battery

Are you sure you connected the battery cable to the right terminal and right polarity ? Certain mistakes are easy to make aTimes

Doubt that charge controller is meant to communicate anyThing. Na to just connect battery and solar panels.

try connecting again, they show us image of the error you getting and terminals.

a bungalow is sandwished between two 4 storey buildings at the side. The roof barely sees two hour sunlight. how do one work around that.
