Good one, but an abnormal result should be taken seriously. It's when you know your patients medical history that you may discover that what seems abnormal is perfectly normal for that patient.

Hemoglobin levels may be low on the lab test, but for some patients, that low level is their steady state and the body functions properly with it, while some others may need a transfusion with those levels.

Lab test wouldn't always tell the true picture, but it's always better to see the picture and then determine if it's a true picture or not.

All these problems will disappear if you walk about 10km weekly and fast 18 hrs a day in a week and 48hrs straight aleast once a month with bitter leaf or celery juice.

About your example,if Chike presents to me symptomless with above results,I'll check his vitals. If blood pressure is high and he's obese, then he has metabolic syndrome, irrespective of his symptomless state. I'll send for further tests, to check for Fasting Blood Glucose. If that is high,he had type 2 diabetes and would be on oral hypoglycemics, EVEN IF HE'S SYMPTOMLESS. I'll also send for kidney function tests especially Creatinine,eGFR and ACR. If there's a derangement,I might add a GLP2 like empaglifozin. Etc etc
So TLDR each scenario is different and taken on its own merit

Laboratory results always show you're sick even when you're not showing any symptoms.
Every adult from 50yrs and above should be doing lab work up every 6months
Take for instance, Chike is 55yrs and engages in regular workout and one day he undergoes a lab work up which shows his hemoglobin is 9, HbA1C, triglycerides 250, LDL 150 and HDL 40. and all vital signs are normal.
Chike appears normal with no signs or symptoms of any disease.
Is Chike sick or not?
One day Chike was walking around his compound and fainted and he was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

You're still missing the point. Even if you run the same test in a different lab and it turns out to be abnormal,it doesn't always mean that you're sick. Other parameters such as history and physical examination, along with the lab investigations, are needed to make a definitive/ proper diagnosis.
