All the people that dropped comments are all right but let look at it this way.

If the client is buying inverter AC and the distance from DB to each AC unit is not far or more than 10m. I will surgest 2.5mm cable is very much okay. But if the client is yet to decided on the type AC units is installing, the 2.5mm can be changed to 4mm.
The size of cable as specified in the IEEE regulation is 4mm for the conventional type of AC. Also, the new design of AC units these day is energy efficient.

For the water heater 2.5mm cable is pretty much okay.

If the project is East, the best cable in those area is Cutie and it's very good and expensive. Cutix cable and Nigerchin are of the same quality.

2.5mm cable is for sockect, let the electrician change the size.

Let him include 1.5mm cable to the lighting cables for the mains coming from the ditribution board and 1mm can be use for looping.

Seeing the floor plan or electrical design drawings will help us give the estimated quanties of cables required. Our brothers from east like building mansion. I have a project in Anambra presently and I know the reason why I said mansion.

I'm building inside an estate. I doubt those local government people disturb inside the estate. I'm not so sure.

It costs approximately 1.7 million.

I'm currently already engaged with some engineers. Let me see how things go.

Does anyone have an idea about SPC flooring? I am considering using it for my living room area in the house I'm building but I don't know how durable they are compared to normal ceramic tiles. SPC is durable and aesthetically pleasing but to answer the Bolded! Tiles wins in durability, Lifespan (last longer).

SPC is easier to install than tiles.

If I'd recommend to you!. Just go for Tiles excellent in high traffic areas.
