US President Donald Trump says he warned Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that Israel could find itself “alone against Iran” if the conflict escalated into a broader war.

Speaking to Israel’s Channel 12, Trump claimed he urged Netanyahu not to respond to Iran’s missile attack and later worked to reduce the scope of Israel’s strike on Iranian targets.

Trump also said Iran informed Washington it would stop attacking Israel and asked the US to persuade Jerusalem to halt its operations, adding that he still believes a nuclear deal with Tehran remains possible.

As a father if you have a child that misbehaves and brings problems to you all the time, it is your duty to correct and discipline the child, failure to do so will seriously hurt you someday.

Israel has been over pampered by US for decades, before now a mere criticism of Israel in US will cause you a lot if you are a public figure, but I'm happy things are now changing

If Donald trump of all people can be saying all these to Netanyahu, then his supporters here in Nigeria should just wake up

Netanyahu's grudge against Iran is a very strong one that he is willing to throw everything out to see them crippled while a lot of Americans don't share such sentiments thus, limiting Trump's ability to go full scale war mode against Iran even if he wanted to....not to mention concern about US middle east allies but Netanyahu is refusing to see all of this because like I stated earlier his grudge against Iran is too strong.......Israel can't face Iran alone but I would want a situation where by Netanyahu is actually allowed to do it alone to clear the benefit of a doubt because he is too sporadic against reality......let him face Iran alone and see the outcome for himself maybe that would make him calm down and reason his actions sometimes because I don't know where he is always getting his audacity from from.....maybe it is from the weight of the grudge he holds against them though.

Trump Shud know that Israel is just respecting him because he's a Worthy ally. This Israel I'm seeing is ever ready to go solo on Iran. They're very capable.

I believe amongst Trump's calculations is the exhaustion of missile defence shields. Which may happen in a case of a prolonged conflict.

Trump should leave Israel alone, and let them fight their fight.

Israel is facing an existential threat. If Israel is unable to defend Iran's missiles any further, Israel will have no other option than to go all offensive and indiscriminately at Iran.

Iran does not have adequate tech to detect or combat Israel's offensives.
