Ok, like how long does it take now to get appointment after booking??

Is anyone else experiencing video verification issues? I tried to book an appointment using the new verification system, but it keeps saying 'verification failed' without giving an explicit reason

They will be sending you messages weekly until you get appointment.

freedomtours:
It is now online and it will come out in form of certified true copy which you can download from your email, print in coloured then take to ministry of foreign affairs for authentication, they no longer signs or stamp sticker on your original certificates and you can upload and pay online.
The first 2 below is the Sample of the new method, why the third is the old method.

I tried booking 3 times with this video verification è no work it’s stressful,the will go and later bounce back,I paid 16k 3 times just to get appointment

Been able to book the appointment, I reached out to them through email and provided details on what happened and yeah they help me redirect to the form to fill it out

You will be getting email..to tell you, you have not been draw and reminding you the next draw date..you will be getting such email till you get appointment. See below the first email showing you have been verified and second showing that you have not been draw

Thank you for the feedback. Its been about a week since i applied and i havent recieved any email. Not even an email to complete the full application

That's not true, what you shared is for work appointment, if there is another way for booking study appointment let us know here...

I guess you didn't register it well, you are supose be receiving email weekly until you are draw.
Use the 24hrs technical suport desk.

Wait when you get Appointment, when you come to Abuja it will be corrected, I will direct you a cybercafe where it will be change

It is highly advisable to use your personal account, especially if you are going for masters, and you don't have above 30m in your account, if you are working, you can use your pay slip, it will help u alot, but if you dont have the aforementioned you can use your close relation, his or her personal account because embassy will call them to comfirm.

Yes for study visa appointment, others, Legal and Schengen category is every last Monday of every month.
That of work visa appointment is on weekly basis.
Now it is online, through video verification.

Thank you. I also want to know why I keep seeing people say that you cannot sponsor yourself for a BSc program and that you must use your father or another relative as your sponsor. Why is this the case, and is it something I need to worry about? and what are the documents to backup, if you are going in that direction...

The appointment that only appears every last Monday is that for a Legalization appointment or the student visa appointment itself?

Does anyone know when the appointment portal is opened on the Polish Embassy at Abuja? My son n eds an appointment for Study visa and I need one for visitor (Schengen) visa so I can accompany him. He has offered and visa letter to a university in Poland. He has completed the application form and tried to register on the Abuja Embassy Portal but he got no calendar to select a date. No information was provided to him on Next Steps. I heard from someone today that the appointment portal is opened on the last Friday of the month but the individual didn't tell me the time. However, I read I a December 2025 post on Naira land that the appointment portal is opened at 9:30am on the last Monday of the month. Which is true? What does my son need to do next? Appreciate your advise.

Appointment for work is on weekly basis and Why Study appointment and other categories of visa appointment is on last Monday of every month.
For the Study appointment after he registered through the online video verification. He will recieve a message to notify him that he has been registered on a poll for monthly appointment.
If he have done this, he should be patient once they schedule appointment he will be notified.

when some of us here agree that even though there are Student visa refusal in Poland embassy, but i can still attest that appreciable number of applicants are also getting visa approval when you put up good application and also go through there interview questions, which i posted here on several occasion, because they ask same interview questions to all applicant. when you do all these and apply with right documents Poland will grant you Visa, their requirements are straight forward.
