I don't live in Nigeria. I live in Oxford London and two of my siblings are already US citizens. So I know what I am saying. The US economy and stock markets have been hit seriously and that is why Trump is running helta skelta just to end the war.

You can go brain wash your little babies residing in America with this. Who don't know how Iran hastily opened the strait of Hormuz after the persistence of America's blockage. Their country was almost getting completely dry. Had the blocked continued till now; only God knows what could have become of Iran. They were losing billions upon billions on daily bases.

I am sure I may be in the position that learns from the world more than you do both in the circular world and spiritually. Before you traveled to your UK you passed through people like us. Infact, you were at our mercy then to have left the shores of this country, now do you want to school us?

I left Nigeria after obtaining my bachelors degree in electrical engineering and masters degree in telecommunications engineering in a first generation federal university. I had my second masters degree in the United States where I lived for a year and half before relocating to the UK. Why would I think everyone in Nigeria is an illiterate when I had my education from primary school to masters degree in Nigerian.

My appointment letter as a lecturer in another federal government institution was collected by me but I never resumed symply because being a lecturer did not align with my life goals. My wife is a PhD and a lecturer while my eldest sister is a professor. so I know very well the academic system in Nigeria and elsewhere.

I did pass through the university and excelled in both my bachelors and masters degrees but I was never at the mercy of any lecturer.

My point however still remains the same. Once you leave the shores of Nigeria, your perception to life and people will never ever be the same again so I would advise you remain in Nigeria so that your Nigerian mentality will never change.

I may agree with you that things are done differently outside here but that can never alter the element of truth in any matter. Infact, I know what is in your head right now. I am a northerner and a Muslim so the Mary Slesor story doesn't work on my kind as we don't have a history of killing twins due to superstition in the Muslim north. Islam have had roots in the north more than 800 years before Mary Slesor came to Calabar.

The Muslim north already had an established and thriving society with roads (facing the four cardinal points of the earth), schools and hospitals with a central government when the European came. Those society fought wars in self defence before the Europeans could take them down.
