He said exactly what you are pointing out. He did it in past oblivious of the unintended consequences. What Reno just said is something I’ve known for years. Terrorist gloat over the attention. Zero attention means less reward for the terrorist. Why do you think the terrorists are coming south? Because they know that the south will give more media attention to their terrorism
