Elon Musk has officially become the world's first trillionaire. This is according to a fresh report following SpaceX's record-breaking stock market debut.

SpaceX priced its shares at $135 each, raising about $75 billion, the largest IPO of its kind. The company was valued at around $1.77 trillion, and Musk's personal stake alone is worth close to $866.5 billion.

Add that to his Tesla shares and other assets, and his total wealth has now crossed $1 trillion. He is now far ahead of Larry Page, who holds the number two spot.
