The security vote started as part of attempts to re channel money back to the north after the south got 13% oil derivation. Essentially for states with insecurity problems.

They started inviting evil to their land to get the money and now it is out of control.

LSSTF was started by Tinubu and it is a fund whole sources from and managed by the private sector not the government. What does it have to do with security votes?
