Baba we don't do comparison here. The price depends on present cost of materials, land, and documents... You can't go about telling people how much to sell properties, this Same Magboro we sold a house worth 35.5m this year. And we still have many properties worth more than that. Please stop devaluing people's efforts. Thank you
