That mail is for feedback on the recruitment process. Either you get it or not does not affect your chances on the recruitment and it's not a guarantee that getting the mail would make you get the offer

Chevron Internship Aptitude Test invitation sent to shortlisted candidates. Aptitude Test will consists of Verbal, Abstract & Numerical Reasoning.

Not sure why others didn't get. Just shared the information "As-is". Also the mail also said "all candidates". Perhaps if anyone else has more insights, they can please share.

Nope, I don't see any FINTECH such as OPay, Flutterwave, Moniepoint, etc on his profile. But he has been in Software since 2024.
