I'm a real estate consultant, for every deal I close I get 20% commission. Who still market land for 2%? Definitely if you guys are serious you'll definitely know what to do. Nobody with any real estate experience or have basic knowledge of land or marketing will agree to this 2% commission considering how difficult is it to get buyers for land |
