After saying that, I bought one again. I found another one selling at 40k, still available. I have not bargained but I asked for the picture of the model. Alas it was X25 Max 2.

It's understandable why they sell it 30 to 40k. Most people didn't buy the device at its true price but through these networks. Also, some people don't have use for it or don't bother unlocking it. The ones I unlocked, I still use only Airtel in them, so no utility has been derived from unlocking them yet.

I wonder who buys from those people selling 80 to 100k, even 150k.

I've come to notice that one of the major culprit to my network challenges on the ODU is letting my sub expire completely before renewing.

For instance, I can get amazing network speeds for my current sub, but as soon as I let it expire and renew later, I'll start having challenges especially towards evening.

So what I have been experimenting on is to renew my sub a day b4 expiry, that way there's no downtime and surprisingly this has worked well for me. Combine this with the 3G only trick, I think you will have less connection problems.

Since mtn seems to be confused if they're launching the ODU or not, make we dey enjoy our Airtel small small.

Real plot twist. I tested my ODU sim many times on the X25pro and it didn't even work. Had no option than to sell off.

It's good it accumulates. Tried that and it didn't work out well. I did daily sub, with MTNN.

I just invested in MIFIs and went for external Sim ODU.

I think I explained in the past if you followed the conversation. It's Stalker and was generated from iptv generation apps found on play store, free. You can make more research. Get iptv player and then get either paid or free accounts. Paid accounts are stable but you can get your hands dirty to get a free one that is moderately stable.

Hello people. Please I need help with my ODU, I subbed after months of being away. And the network has been so bad I don’t even get up to 500kbps unless from midnight. Now Iearnt to put it at 3g during the day to get like 1-2mbps. What can I do? I have called their customer care several times and the last one said before 72hrs, they would resolve it. I don’t think it’s because there is no Airtel network. Is something wrong with the router?

There are firmware changes. It probably should have higher specs but X25pro has more second hand value because its firmware can be unlocked. The Max 2 cannot be unlocked for now.

Now I think I understand why selling my x25 pro was a mistake. I didn't look at the future advantages especially when unlocked 🤦🏾‍♂️

All the ones I have unlocked are still being used with Airtel though. But yea, for the future.
