You forgot to add Purchasing and Supply (whatsoever that means) and Secretarial Studies.

I doubt if you know, the usefulness of biochemistry as a course, no nation can do away with biochemistry, except if they don't care about their health, through pharmaceutical.

My dear, foreign universities run same or similar courses but the content is usually different from what we teach here, even vocational courses like computer science/software engineering are taught differently there.

With the number of Jamb students every year, you want them to lose money right? They just look for one course to throw at students looking for admissions.

Some schools still de teach shorthand and typewriting

The same reason most Nigerians would be varsity undergraduates choose to study Nursing thereby becoming Biomedical staff, rather than study Nursing Science.

Anatomy? Yes. The anatomy should be divided into human anatomy, animal anatomy and organical anatomy.

Nigerians can actually do same with AI. So many talents exist in Nigeria, but their full potentials without electricity and economic hardship in the land limits talents and self-improvement.

No degree is useless, especially at an advanced level, such as a PhD. The fact that China decided to drop some courses does not render those courses useless. Is it history, as some had said?I wish someone could get me up on this and tell me exactly why those courses are useless if we want to build an advanced society, not just technologically
