We actually have no issue with those saying Tinubu must go. The insecurity in the country must have warranted that. Now, who is the better alternative to president Tinubu? If you mentioned Atiku or Obi, then you might be visited by thunder Tell us better alternative apart from those 2 clueless above |

To me, as an exposed and well-travelled person, I believe Nigerian adults are some of the most irresponsible and least critical-thinking in the world. Always emotional and incapable of pragmatic vision. The solution to insecurity is obvious. We must take the North to task. Northerners, leaders and followers, are all in bed with terror. Looking at issues logically, the SW is not behind terrorism or banditry. Yet SW leaders moved sincerely to commit finance and legislative effort towards birthing Amotekun to fight terror the North was importing to our region. When are we going to unitedly demand Northern leaders show same level of commitment to resolve the problems their people are causing for Nigeria? We even have Southerners working for Atiku to be President instead of demanding he take responsibility for the insecurity his people are causing. They will create Hisbah to destroy alcohol and prevent men and women sharing public transport. Yet, where is their effort at community security to identify and neutralise the evil ones amongst them dealing death and terror if the region is really against the horror? Have we all not seen videos of terrorists being guarded by policemen in the North and recieving chieftaincy titles or riding in convoys of literally hundreds of bikes through Northern towns being celebrated like heroes? El Rufai will come out and admit he paid Fulani bandits to refrain from killing Nigerians. Should he not be organising effort to wipe out those evil killers? Do Nigerians not see the obvious? Evil is supported well and pervasive in the North today. Which Yoruba Governor will pay Yoruba terrorists to stop killing in the SW? OPC alone will deal with them because Yorubas are not aberrant like that or ideoligically and codedly in bed with terror. The issue we are not confronting is that Northerners, leaders and followers, are all in bed with terror. If they support terrorism, meaning they are abetting it rather than fighting to defeat it, the rest of us cannot defeat terrorism ever. We can only protect ourselves. I don't know how Nigerians don't get this simple concept to continue thinking one man, the President, can wave a magic wand to end terrorism. |

WizardOfNG:Bro , your comments have been sounding like a face off with North which is unnecessary. We will handle them politically without online noise That's why I have been consistent with NC might have the presidency in 2031 as the NW precisely are overrating themselves. NC as president will automatically have all the southern regions votes |

Tinubu must go protest is just people letting off steam with no clear direction and at the end of the day Tinubu remains. Because how will Tinubu go without being voted out? How will he be voted out when the people protesting have no pvc? How will they get Pvc when Inec is frustrating the process with no network? Several people who even have pvc have checked and thier names are no longer on the portal. How will these ones vote. In 15 days the time to register new pvc will elapse. Then where is the credible opposition that is poised to take over? The opposition that only primaries conducted and they are all fighting themselves. If they get into power It may be a case of the devil you know is better than that angel you do not know. Nigeria we hail thee. |

helinues:No face off. It's the truth. I am a parent and my talk is no different to how parents understand the concept of giving children tough love so they do not derail. "Spare the rod and spoil the child". How many are these marauders really in a nation of 230 million? USA even put their number at 30,000 recently. It is what the rest of Nigeria is failing to do, to tackle the gross and murderously disruptive behaviour of the North, that is the problem. We have the numbers and power to force the North to do the right thing if only we have a population with the right mindset to do that. I cannot play politics too much even as I understand Tinubu must continue. At some stage truth has to be said when too much human blood is being shed. It is disheartening to see Nigerians dying like this at the hands of miscreants who cannot be more than 50k in number max and are mainly illiterates and savages wasting many Nigerians who are valuable human resources. The North must be taken to task. Virtually non of their leaders are taking responsibility for the problem their youths are causing Nigeria. It is a conspiracy of blackmail and the South needs to be resolute and uncompromising demanding solutions from them. The USA civil war, as an example, was between North and South over the abolition/preservation of slavery. Yes many died but it was needed to get America where she is today and Nigeria cannot avoid a similar face-off against the North that does not wish to be progressive or responsible. Meaning they will drag us all down if we take them to task.

Bentacur007:Your people won't vote for Osinbajo (he is Yoruba) except if the alternative is a Yoruba man you lot hate more. When feelers were coming out that Buhari might anoint him as successor you lot starting bashing him calling him fake pastor. You lot are too predictable. |
