Sequel to his comments a fortnight ago, rapper Ill Bliss has doubled down on his claims about the contribution of Igbos to the Lagos economy by stating that "we own your lands fool. We bought everywhere and are renting it back to you".

This he said while responding to a comments under a post he made asserting the dominance of Igbos in the economy of Lagos.

This was how people like this fat fool started making claims, saying "Lagos is no man's land". Then the original owners of Lagos, responded, and people like this obese expired rapper, started making noise. Now he's back again, by the time Lagosians will respond, people like him will start claiming to be the victim, forgetting the ignited the fire and fan it very well. Tssk.

Unfortunately 99% of Igbo will rather say they made Lagos instead of saying Lagos made them unlike what dangote and co would say.Dangote has appreciated Lagos in many fora depsite the fact that he contributed x100 of what Igbo contributed to Lagos.
Like we Yorubas,it is not in our habit to say we made our host community what it is.Ibadan has the largest concentration of non-ibadan indigens.Those non indigenes will rather say "Ibadan gbe wa" meaning "Ibadan did us good".Also,being accomodating is a pride in Yoruba land,Yorubas will be like "Ìlú ti o gba onílé gba Alejo" i.e A city that accomodate both indigenes and strangers alike.So,seeing a stranger saying opposite of this things to us is very strange.We dont say it to each other why should another tribe say it to us.There are many Ijesha,Ekiti,Oyo,Ibolo,Ibadan in Lagos they ahve never woken up one day and tell it to Ìjèbú,Ẹ̀gbá,Áwórì and Ègún that are indigenous to Lagos that they made Lagos!

If you had focused on Onitsha and situated all your businesses and lifelihood there, you could have turned it to whatever you like but the deep jealousy of the Yorubas no allow you commot eyes for Lagos.
