It's a hub of sorts for drug movement towards Asia. For every one person the Ethiopians catch, 3 or 4 make it to Asia (where they are then caught).

It seems crime is embedded in some people's DNA

At least, Tinubu would have seen this list before proceeding with the movement, yet their brothers and sisters back home are Tinubu's No 1 enemy.
