Well, my opinion so far is that FIFA should never have allowed a Donald Trump America host this world cup. Even attendance so far has been atrociously embarrassing. |

What could possibly caused the empty stadium in a highly occupied country like United States? |

| Re: Ten Observations After Attending A World Cup Match In The US by Sheuns(m): 10:41pm On Jun 14 |
Techie33:Ticket prices are too expensive. Americans are not much of a football fan, so they don’t really care. Foreigners that ought to fill the stadia can’t come due to high costs of traveling and tickets coupled with fact that US refused some visas. |

$21 for beer? 🤥 WTF? .. a blessing in disguise that Nigeria did not qualify. Our politicians would've wasted public funds on world cup jamboree with their family and girlfriends |

Angelfrost:You're an Obi supporter otherwise you should know that this world cup was approved even b4 DJ Trump became President of America. |

| Re: Ten Observations After Attending A World Cup Match In The US by Angelfrost(m): 11:07pm On Jun 14 |
7upnigeria:Nope... I don't need to support any Politician to make comments about happenings anywhere on Earth. Your obsession with Obi might be really bad for your health. |

Despite all the negative talk from naysayers, the tournament has been fun to watch so far. Stadiums have been packed, and tickets are selling out despite all the claims that nobody would show up. The Brazil vs Morocco game was a total shutdown, with 80,663 fans in attendance. I'm genuinely happy for the United States. Sometimes, when good things are happening, it's okay to put sentiments aside and celebrate them. Give credit where it's due. BTW, this article from aljazeera was written before the World Cup kicked off. |

Techie33:Maybe in Canada and Mexico. So far the US has been filled up It is the US of A for a reason |
| Re: Ten Observations After Attending A World Cup Match In The US by Luchitec(m): 11:32pm On Jun 14 |
Some of you will just open your mouth and talk rubbish. I guess, Donald Trump is also causing the low-turnout in Canada and Mexico too? Please, the blame lies squarely with greedy FIFA. Angelfrost: |

| Re: Ten Observations After Attending A World Cup Match In The US by OriOko88(m): 12:05am |
Angelfrost:You don't know what you're saying. Just capping ignorantly. What attendance has been embarrassing?? I even doubt you're watching the matches. I watched Germany vs Curacao, Netherlands vs Japan tonight, the stadiums were full to the brim. Watching Ecuador vs ivory coast now and the whole stadium is filled with yellow jerseys of Ecuador. This world cup is seeing the highest attendance so far because of the huge sizes of America stadiums |
| Re: Ten Observations After Attending A World Cup Match In The US by nicodemusic(m): 12:08am |
