A nuclear program is different from nuclear weapons production. There are other uses and application of nuclear technology. What they are giving up is the nuclear weapons program, not nuclear technology research and development, in fact there are other technical issues that need to be discussed in further negotiations.

As a party to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, Iran has the right to peaceful applications of nuclear technology.
Isreal is not a party to that treaty.

What the US is getting is a promissory note from Iran that they'll not go nuclear and the nuclear materials Iran already has.

How is it a lose?.....think about a nuclear armed Iran now and how other nations will think twice before attacking it?..... having a nuclear weapon can make all the difference in a potential conflict....US keeping Iran below that threshold will be good for them now and in the future.

Iran has said it multiple times that they have no plans of building a nuclear bomb. Since the start of the current war, they have realised keeping the Strait of Hormuz in their possession is greater than having a nuclear weapon.

The stupid thing about most of you is you're willfully ignorant. Iran is a signatory to NPT, which means it always had a nuclear program. Iran never enriched their uranium above 10% for commercial use until the attacks started and they moved it from 10% to 60% in a space of 2 years. What does that tell you? If they wanted nuclear weapons, they could have had it a very long time ago.

But you guys lick so much American and zionist arse that you can't even think beyond what you're fed.

BTW, Iran is still not stopping its nuclear program. It's only going to dilute its uranium back to the 10% it was before, to be used for industrial purposes. So the whole war was for nothing.

Iran needs the frozen money and sign the dotted lines. In the future, when Iran purchases or builds nuclear weapons, that contract will be torn apart. They will probably claim signing under duresss. Once Iran gets one nuke, every nation will step back.
