There was never a time Iran indicated ambition to build nuclear weapon, and that was the condition of things before the war, before Trump tore the previous agreement.

Iran has never had a nuclear weapons program, how can it relinquish what it does not have.. just like it was state in the JCPOA. It only reaffirms that I won’t have such programs.
