As how now. Honourable Leke Abejide won House of Representatives seat twice on the platform of AD C in 2019 and 2023 and was a member until recently that he defected to APC. So, by virtue of these ADC ought to be exempted.

NDC is a newly registered party, so it cannot be deregistered on the grounds of that ruling.

Come to think of it, Sowore's (AAC) party should give special thanks to Al-Kasim - its sole winner of an electoral seat in the Kano House of Assembly in 2023 - for keeping the party's hope alive.

When Peter Obi saw far some myopic elements criticised him to stupor. Now he that was much criticized for leaving the ADC has proven to be wiser, stroger and smarter.
