I’m not a terrorism apologist just like no sane person should be, considering the havoc, mayhem and destruction they unleash on innocent lives but it’s not about emotion. It’s about the provisions of the Geneva Convention and the International Humanitarian Law.
Did the FG not declare IPOB as a terrorists organization? Is Nnamdi Kanu not being tried for terrorism? Does he not have access to decent food, accommodation, medical care,etc?If he had repented and renounced terrorism, as condition precedent, would he not have been set free? The same window of opportunity for repentance was extended to the other terrorists and they utilized it. The FG cannot do anyhow with Nnamdi Kanu, as well as other terrorists.
